Alam dan Keindahan Sekitarmu --- ## 🌤️ Alam dan Keindahan Sekitarmu Hari ini aku memutuskan untuk berjalan sebentar di luar rumah. Tidak jauh — hanya beberapa langkah ke halaman, cukup untuk menghirup udara segar dan melihat langit yang perlahan berubah warna. Aku melihat burung-burung kecil yang terbang bebas, awan yang bergerak pelan, dan cahaya matahari yang hangat menyentuh kulitku. Semuanya terasa sederhana, tapi entah kenapa menenangkan. Di tengah kesibukan hidup, kita sering lupa bahwa alam selalu ada di sekitar kita — memberi keindahan tanpa diminta, memberi ketenangan tanpa syarat. Syukur atas Kesehatan Tubuh dan Pikiran --- ## 🌿 Syukur atas Kesehatan Tubuh dan Pikiran Hari ini aku berhenti sejenak dan menyadari satu hal yang sering aku abaikan — **kesehatan**. Tubuh ini, yang setiap hari menemaniku beraktivitas, sering kali bekerja tanpa keluhan, tanpa pamrih. Aku kadang lupa berterima kasih padanya. Aku bersyukur karena hari ini aku masih bisa bangun sendiri, menghirup udara segar, berjalan dengan langkah yang stabil, dan tersenyum tanpa rasa sakit. Aku bersyukur pikiranku masih cukup tenang untuk merasakan kedamaian kecil di tengah kesibukan.
